Each month draws to a close with a bunch of names up on the PR board. These new personal records represent the willingness not only to put in hard work and effort… but also to face some some risk. That is, the risk to put one’s self out there for a personal challenge to achieve a bit beyond what has been attained in the past. Give yourself the opportunity to raise the bar. Allow yourself the possibility of NOT rising to the occasion. Each day we have the choice to either dodge those things that cause us some struggle OR meet them in a way that acknowledges the difficulty of having to give it all it takes and take the risk that is needed to succeed. In what way do YOU want to challenge yourself? Let’s see if you can get you name on the board by the end of the month.
