I have old injuries from an accident and 16 years of ballet! I did personal training with mike and not only did he modify everything so I could do it (and not feel like i was boring or missing out!) he actually taught me how to protect and prevent further injury and pain. By the end i was doing push ups, squats, stuff i never thought i could do again.
