Hope you had a great 4th of July. Whether you attended yesterday’s HERO WOD (which MANY of you did- we had a huge turnout!), hung out at the beach or pool all day, or BOTH– that middle of the week weekend was pretty nice, eh?!
Today we have a full-on strength training session planned. You might recall a similar structure in last month’s pressing workout- same movements but today we have singles instead of doubles. Today let’s see if that empty PR board for the month of July can get some names on it!
Finally, please welcome Linda and Chuck to CrossFit Malibu! They have been training with us for 2 weeks- getting a feel for functional movements and a little bit of relative intensity. They are working hard- as you’d expect from anyone training with us at the Hut. If you see them in the afternoon someday- introduce yourself. They’ll be glad to meet you.
