Friday 180706 Double Unders and DB Snatch

We all know it’s going to be a scorcher today… so why not get up super early and get to the 7am class! You know that the chances of you getting here decrease with every 10 degree bump in air temp… and it’s likely some records will be set with the temperature! And if you have no choice but to get here later in the afternoon… JUST COME. You’ll be glad you did- and you can cool off in front of the fan.  It’ll be great, besides, remember every year you promise to get better double unders!?- today’s the day

Friday’s WOD at 7 and 9am and again at 3 and 5pm
On a 12 minute running clock complete:
1 minute of max rep double unders
1 minute of max rep DB snatch (50/35#)
2 minutes of max rep double unders
2 minutes of max rep DB snatch
3 minutes of max rep double unders
3 minutes of max rep DB snatch
Post total number of double unders and total number of DB snatch
