As our current Whole Life Challenge draws to a close… we will post-test our WLC prelim WOD this Thursday is all WOD class sessions. That means burpees, WB shots and KB swings coming up on Thursday.
If you are NOT in the WLC, don’t immediately discount this WOD… because there are ‘compare-to’ dates from a few times in the past. This is a PR attempt for everyone, not just this round’s WLCers.
