Wednesday 170927 Push Push Pull

Lots to follow over the past week or so… And most of it starts with a capital T.

  • The first is Territory Foods; get your order in by this Thursday at midnight for delivery on Monday morning to the hut.
  • The second is Triathlon.  Our team is building and you want to make sure that you are ready when we three, two, one, go… On Saturday, October 7. If you are even remotely considering it – do yourself a favor and either talk to me, Kolby, and/or one of the other athletes at the gym. Many have completed the program over the years. As everything CrossFit… it is Universally scalable.
  •  The third and final – and most relevant for Wednesday is the Team Series. Mainly because at 5 PM tonight CrossFit headquarters will be live Facebook webcasting the announcement of our Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays work out programming. Check out the CrossFit games Facebook page and see what The Dave Castro has in store.

Wednesday’s WOD at 7 and 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Four rounds, each for time of:
2x15m sled push (205/160#)
25 push ups
350m row sprint
Rest as needed between sets
Post time for each set and scaling to chalkboard/journals… partner up to time each round

Wednesday’s 5pm Olympic weightlifting specialty technique session
