Thursday 170728 Team Series WOD 5

The second week of the team series begins today with a synchronized couplet of Burpee box jump overs and deadlifts. Get a partner, get warmed up, get set (meaning: lock out that set up position!) and get going. Your partner does not need to jump over the same height box, nor lift the same weight barbell. However, you must each do these movements in unison!

Speaking about repetitions in unison… here, the Brody’s rep out kettlebell swing’s as if they’ve been married forever.

Thursday’s WOD at 6,7,9am and again at 4 and 6pm
WOD #5- Team Series
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
3 synchronized burpee box jump-overs
3 synchronized deadlifts
6 synchronized burpee box jump-overs
6 synchronized deadlifts
9 synchronized burpee box jump-overs
9 synchronized deadlifts
Etc., adding 3 reps to each exercise every round.
Men use a 24-in. box, 102kg deadlift
Women use a 20-in. Box, 70kg deadlift
Scale the box height as needed, and official scaled deadlifts are at 70/48 kg Post total Number of repetitions to chalkboard/journals.
