Recently a new CrossFit Malibu CLOSED FaceBook group was created with the hopes that we can connect with everybody with a little more ease. It is open only to current CFM athletes- which means only we will be able to see it. PERIOD. We can do a lot of things with this new group and I want to fill you in on what a few of these things are:
- Lost OR found items that anybody might be looking for
- EX. I grabbed someones sunglasses by accident when I left the hut, who is missing theirs?
- Amazing OR terrible photos of your friends at The Hut accomplishing amazing things or putting in hard work-remember ONLY THE CLOSED GROUP members can see!
- EX. Possible blog photos or your friends lying on the floor after a WOD (although we all know that never happens)
- Finding or getting in contact with other members of the gym (even though not everybody has a facebook or want to be a part of this group)
- EX. I wonder if Jackie Chan is interested in biking with me later today
- Outdoor activities or races/competitions that you have signed up for and want to extend the invite to the CFM family
- EX. Chad signed up for a spartan race in January and ask any of us to join him!
- You need strong useful people to help you accomplish some task, you know where to find them
- EX. You just bought a massive new flat screen tv and want some help putting it up.
- You are looking for a service that maybe your CFM family has some connections in
- EX. maybe your trying to learn to surf but you want someone to teach you. OR maybe you are looking for a new eye doctor and you want to see if there is any good ones around **cough, Dr. Deb, cough**
- You were outside recently being awesome and you snapped a selfie that is just too good to keep from the your fellow athletes at the HUT- but you don’t want to expose yourself to the entire world.
- EX. out at Point Dume rock climbing and that view is just too good not to share
If you aren’t currently a part of this group and would like to be, get in contact with Mike or myself in any form and we will make sure we sneak you in there.

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes of:
Front squat, 2 reps
Post loads for final FIVE sets.

10 rounds for max effort of:
Row 45 seconds for calories, 15 second rest (and transition)
Push ups 20 seconds for reps, 10 second rest (and transition)
Post total cumulative calories and reps
