Remember last week’s long chipper… the Filthy Fifty version that was abridged to the Dirty Thirty? Well- with 10 different movements it didn’t matter if there were 30 40 or 50 reps… it was a long chipper. Today is also a chipper- a list of moments that you chip through and complete- one at a time before moving on to the next. But it’s only 3 movements at once again- only thirty reps. Heavier, faster and yet not a bit easier (in my personal opinion).
Upcoming events: Friday November 13th MOVIE NIGHT at the Hut. The documentary on Rich Froning- “Fittest Man in History”- will be shown. A great time to see exactly what makes Rich an amazingly well rounded fitness athlete- is it his diet? his regimented lifestyle? his always focused and serious outlook on life? Uhh, no. But I’ve already seen it- so don’t let me give any more of it away.
