Thursday 150910 EOM Push Press, Pull Up, Jump

It is going to be a hot one today… so try and get in early. The 6am should get more than just a few of you into the Hut this morning… get in bed now, wake up early and get in your training session before the sweltering 85 degree day heats up. (You DO know that it is 105 in the valley, right?!) You will not only get the added benefit of a cooler and less humid working environment but there are a few other bonuses as well: watching the sun come up through the sliding door of the big room; a cool, dark, traffic-free drive down PCH or through the canyon, and the ability to check off a bingo square for training at a new time… that is, for those of you who don’t normally show up at this time of the morning. This past Tuesday morning I found myself wide awake at 5am… and hit the 6am class for “Quarters” and it felt like I had achieved a full day’s work before 10am. So, maybe we will see you bright and early. Of course- you can always come sweat it out with the late risers too:)

Every other minute for 8 rounds of:
Push press, 5 reps (AHAP)
4 weighted chest to bar pull ups
3 box jumps 36/28”
Post loads and scaling to chalkboard
