When you have an underground strength WOD and you add a little bit of rain to the mix-what do you get? Mud. But when you add effort, intensity, guts, heart, laughter, grunting, rest, smiles and pose-offs in the style of Arnold- you get something a little extra. Something more interesting and special than the regular muddy blend of blood, sweat, tears, asphalt, tire grime and post-sled drive nausea. It is pretty much THE recipe for health, fitness, fun and friends. You can serve it up any time of the year… but you can’t ever reheat it. It always needs to be created with the freshest ingredients and made from scratch.

Barbell complex WOD for time (50/35kg)
Five rounds for time of:
Power snatch, 6 reps
Power clean and jerk/press, 8 reps
Back squat, 10 reps
Rest exactly one minute.
