Then there’s even more skill work and practice with some gymnastics “stuff” These not for time items really do make a difference- as you likely have already experienced with our recent escapades with the “blank of the month” activities. Hanging, handstands, L sits… sound familiar? Well today’s training is basically an hour-long version of this!

Rope climbs and Turkish Get ups
Spend 15 minutes on the clock getting in 2 legless rope climbs then 1 TGU on each arm (AHAP)

As many rounds of quality movement as possible in 15 minutes of:
One minute handstand
10 strict toes to bar
One minute hanging L sit
Post total number of rounds completed
