Today, just a simple statement: without getting STRONG, you are missing a vital, a critical aspect of fitness. Yes, it is fun to get better at double unders, to set a PR on a 500m row, or learn how to improve your kipping pull up. But without strength, there isn’t much. So come get strong today!
