Friday 180615 “Collect all 3!”

This WOD is a Part 3 for weighted walking lunges that have been programmed over the last 3 weeks. Can you remember what they were? More importantly, how many of them did you do?

  • The double-under/wall ball chipper last Monday (4th) that opened and closed with a 100 foot KB goblet lunge (2 sets)
  • The previous Wednesday’s (30th) DB snatch/Ring dip 21-15-9-er with imbedded 100 foot overhead DB walking lunges (2 sets)

Today presents a strong likelihood of accruing 200 feet OR MORE of KB goblet lunges… and that all depends on your strength in pull ups and heavy swings. In my personal opinion, this is a Classic CrossFit Crowd-pleaser… come try it out and let me know if you agree.

Hopefully you got in at least 2 of the 3. If not, consider filling in the one you missed during  an open training hour this coming week. That way you can “complete the series.”

Friday’s WOD at 7 and 9am and again at 3 and 5pm
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
25 pull ups
50ft KB weighted walking lunge
25 Russian KB swings (32/24kg)
50ft KB weighted walking lunge
Post time, load, and scaling
