Thursday 180614 Triplet Chipper

This one is going to be a grinder today, folks. And when ANYONE uses the word “folks” you best take them seriously. Start off with the bike… GO HARD, Keep in mind that all classes have a natural bottleneck at the start with only 2 bikes- so be ready to wave start in heats. Be ready to adjust your seat height and get going. Try and generally maintain your pace on ONLY 20 burpee box jump overs… notice the height. They should be high! An then approach  heavy bar for JUST ten cleans. Make them heavy if you’d like the full stimulus. Guaranteed that this will make you squirm if you do it correctly. And I bet that more than a few people will finish and say, “that wasn’t so bad.” If you hear that phrase… you are not only authorized but obliged to tell that poor folk, “I don’t think you did it right!”

Those really are some mpressive toes to bar… but not if you ask the hounds.

Thursday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
For time, complete:
30/25cal assault bike
20 burpee box jump overs (30/24″)
10 power cleans (As heavy as possible)
Post time, load and scaling
