Order your Territory Food before midnight this Thursday and get your delivery next Monday (Oct 2nd) and Thursday (5th). You can go to the Territory Foods website and sign up, set your meal preferences, and then choose/adjust the specific meals you’d like to receive. We get our refrigerator this week and then your paleo/Whole 30/Whole Life Challenge compliant food will be “delivered right to you Monday WOD!”
Just like last week…listed below is our programming for Monday through Wednesday. On Wednesday September 27th at 5pm- CrossFit HQ will send us our “competition program” for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. A reminder that this is the Team Series– a worldwide team competition that CrossFit HQ produces every year. Once we hear the 3-4 WODs on Wednesday night- we will create a schedule that places each of the WODs in a logical order- to complete in Thursday, Friday and Saturday classes or Open Training Hours. As always… don’t worry about what the WOD is… just get in here and do it!
Go Outside and Play with CrossFit Malibu- Our Triathlon Training Program begins!
On Saturday, October 7th 7:30-9am our first training session is set. We meet for a total of 5 training sessions over 9 weeks and then stage our own Point Dume Sprint Triathlon on Saturday December 9th. Five Saturday morning training sessions, 4 “homework WODs” and an actual sprint triathlon.
Monday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Ten rounds for time of:
60/45kg hang squat clean, 4 reps
60/45kg push jerk, 4 reps
16 butterfly sit ups
