So now that you know the teams competing for the 50th Super Bowl… you can start planning your own Super Bowl Sunday for February 7th. We have a pretty fun schedule to suggest for you:
Start it off at 9am at lululemon Malibu- where Kolby will be hosting an NFL street-style community WOD. Think “NFL combine”… and that will give you an idea of what you might be asked to do. Bring friends and family- anyone you think might have fun mixing it up workout-wise with this fun group
Take the middle of the day to either get in the water, head out on a trail, or even at the home office getting some work done- so that you can spent the rest of the afternoon with a clear head to enjoy the party.
At 3pm (or anytime during the game) head over to the Hut to watch on the big screen- as lululemon and friends host a Super Bowl viewing party with us at CrossFit Malibu. All the details are listed below. Might there be an impromptu 1RM deadlift in store?

Tuesday’s WOD at 6, 7, and 9am, again at 4 and 6pm
Midday Open Training Hour and Games Open Prep
Every other minute for 15 rounds of:
Push press, 3 reps at 75% of 1RM
Decline push up, 4 reps (20/12”)
Horizontal ring row, 5 reps (20/12”)
Post loads and scaling to chalkboard/journals
(ex: Mike-55kg/16”/16”)
