8:45am Mobility Class- come in and take an active step in maintaining and/or gaining increased flexibility for the purpose of stronger positioning. THis class will help you recover from the week’s workouts and and get your prepared for next week. You will also learn some tools and techniques for use on your own.

10am Partner Class- join the fun with an experimental workout… always new, always tough, always different
