Thursday 151112 WLC Post-Test Fall 2015

Here we go Whole Life Challengers… time to post-test your preliminary WOD and see how much improvement you made over the last 8 weeks.  Make sure that you set up your station exactly like the first time around- check your journal carefully to ensure all details are correct.  That you have the right weight for your medicine ball and kettlebell- and that you know your finish time from back in September.  This will help you gauge your pacing and all but ensure you a PR on this WOD.  Of course, not all of you did the WLC, but most of you attended on either Sept 17 OR Sept 19… so you can still test your fitness changes over the last 2 months!

WLC participants should also ask Kolby or Mike to measure hip and waist circumference… one of the other post-tests for the Whole Life Challenge.  In addition, you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire that will be coma red to the one you took 8 weeks ago… remember that?!

Thursday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Midday Open Training Hour at noon, then Olympic Lifting tech at 5pm

Whole Life Challenge Post Test WOD
Two rounds for time of:
50 air squats
400m run
30 Russian KB swings (32/24kg)
20 wall ball shots (20/14#)
10 burpees
Post time and scaling to chalkboard/journals AND WLC website
