This is the last day of September- which means it is the final day to hit a PR to post on this month’s personal record board. And today is tailor made for PR hitting! There have been close to a dozen relatively heavy push press WODs over the past 3 months yet very few legitimate tests of the push press in 2015. We did a couple of 3 and 5 rep training days, we had some solid shoulder press days within CrossFit Total tests, and Juila led numerous Power Hour pressing sessions in the month of September- which was “All Things Pressing”… But we have not yet tested the 1RM push press in group classes. Not YET. Have a plan that includes hitting a new PR in about the 5th or 6th round. Take time between sets and don’t think AT ALL about the finisher until you hit that PR push press.

Wednesday’s WOD at 7, 9, 10am and again at 4 and 5pm.
