Welcome to the working week. And Bruce feels what that means these days- as his previous “day job” of providing high quality paddling sessions to the likes of bridesmaids and PuffDaddy are well in the past. Sort of! Recently he “went corporate” and spends his Monday through Friday in Venice at GoFlow. But luckily for everyone else he still finds time on the weekends to teach some people how to stand up in the water. Way to Go Outside and Play, Bruce! Keep waking up early to make those 6am CrossFit sessions!

Midday Open Training Hour and 5pm Underground Strength Class
15 minute EMOM of:
Back squat, 2 heavy reps
Max rep chest-to-bar burpee pull ups until the 30 sec mark
Post number of sets at heaviest load, total burpee pull up reps and any scaling.
