Join us this Saturday for two sessions of the CrossFit Lift Off. Similar to the CrossFit Games Open- a workout will be released on Thursday night at 5pm and athletes will have until Monday until 5pm to post results of the three events. This is two parts Olympic weightlifting and one part “CrossFit MetCon WOD.”
1-work up to a one rep max snatch
2-work up to a one rep max clean and jerk
3-As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
3 snatch
6 clean and jerk
9 chest to bar pull ups
54 double unders
Rx- 61/47kg, scaled 45/30kg with pull ups
