Some of you have gradually caught on to the fact that this entire week’s program was previously posted here on the blog… on purpose, of course:) But what wasn’t stated… is that today’s HERO WOD has a little extra twist to it: squat cleans instead of power cleans. THAT will make it pretty interesting!
Take a look at your past performances in this WOD- make note of both your fastest time and the heaviest load… and keep in mind that you will likely use a slightly lighter load today than in the past- as you will have 45 extra squats tossed in the mix.
Reminder: get to Olympic lifting class tonight at 5pm!

Hang SQUAT clean, 9 reps
Push jerk, 6 reps (62/44kg- one barbell)

In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and one-year old son T.J.
