Today is our second light-ish front squat workout with the movement imbedded into a metcon. For some of you newer to this type of squat, this chipper is going to challenge your front rack position. It is important to practice the movement even if it is difficult and not yet comfortable as repetition will help to develop your front rack position. You might move to DBs or a KB goblet for the actual workout, but continue to develop your front rack as it is necessary for cleaning heavy loads as well as racking heavier squats.

For time complete:
20 Front Squats (60/45kg)
20 C2B Pull-ups

15 C2B Pull-ups
400m run
10 Front Squats
10 C2B Pull-ups
200m run
Post finish time and any scaling
