Everyone loves a workout that lets you settle in and just work. This session is all about the steady climb: big sets, different movements, and that rewarding feeling of crossing the finish line alongside your community. It’s definitely a challenge, but the shared energy makes the “enjoyable suffering” worth it.
Aim for efficiency on the barbell and the push-up down-dogs. You want a deadlift load that’s heavy enough to respect, but light enough to knock out 30 reps in just 3–4 sets with very short breaks.
