Push Push Push. Then rest. Eat. Sleep. And do it again. Get in some work; and of course, PLAY… and you pretty much have it all figured out. And in my opinion… the THING that jump starts this positive feedback loop is the push. Start with the push- get some balance with the recovery efforts and then the rest can take care of itself. Doesn’t mean it will- that is what the coaching is for. 2 rope climbs
