A typical “tabata workout” is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 second of rest for 8 rounds of each movement. This pretty much guarantees that you will experience increasing fatigue as the rounds progress, such that the work done in the final rounds will drop off considerably. THEN after 8 rounds (4 minutes) is up, you move on to the next movement- which will still be relatively fresh until you get into the final few rounds, etc. Today- there is a twist: only 4 rounds through each movement- so PUSH HARD> then a short break before ANOTHER trip through the 4 rounds of 4 movements. Let’s see if you feel like you complete MORE WORK using this method. It is worth experimenting.

4 Sets of 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest for max reps of:
Bear crawl shuttle 25′
Russian KB swings 24/18kg
ACFT push ups
Abmat sit ups
Rest exactly one minute- write down total reps for this first block and then,
Repeat 4 more sets for max reps
Bear crawl shuttle 25′
Russian KB swings 24/18kg
ACFT push ups
Abmat sit ups
Post both blocks of max reps, then SugarWOD will post total to leaderboard
