12 minutes to build to a heavy 3 rep Hang Power Snatch
-then-
3 rounds for max reps:
1 minute max Hang Power Snatch (40/30kg)
1 minute max Abmat Sit-up
1 minute max Front Rack Reverse Step Lunge (40/30kg)
2 minute rest
Post total reps completed and any scaling
