Thursday Nov 23rd: 9am Thanksgiving class!

Friday Nov 24th: 7am and 9am classes

Saturday Nov 25th: 8am and 9am classes

1 minute max Box Jump (30/24″)
1 minute max SA OH Reverse Step Lunge (50/35#)
2 minute rest
