Below, Thib uses the crossbody KB carry as accessory work in a recent 1-on-1. In sessions like these, we typically go in depth on a skill or two that then leads into strength work and/or metabolic conditioning. Training 1-on-1 is an excellent way to get maximum attention for developing your skills and working on weaknesses.
