Below is just a friendly reminder that here at The Hut, we drop 10kg plates and up. We don’t drop the 5kg plates or any of the plastic training plates. Thanks! And now back to Friday’s program, bike, pull-up, hand stand push-up. It’s a “compare to” to click “prepare in SugarWOD, make a plan, set a new PR, and post to the PR board!
