Friday 200131 Broken Cindys

Before the sun rises and as light begins to fill the sky… there are individuals at the Hut every morning who are getting in some training time. At the very same time, someone else is hitting snooze, or pulling covers back over their head, or muttering to themselves a 4 letter word that begins with an F.  Someone else is logging into Mindbody on the iPad, deciding if they will row, bike or ski for their warm up… and considering how much weight to use on the thrusters. No advice on how to overcome the issue with the alarm clock or how to drum up the will power to cast off the blanket and step into the cold… but it sure does feel better in the long run to get in the training time nice and early.

Don’t forget that the first session on Fridays is at 7am. 

Friday’s WOD at 7 and 9am and again at 3 and 5pm
