Friday 191025 OPEN WOD 20.3

Here we go- heavy winds, smoke in the air… it must be Thursday/Friday! Reminder that anyone showing up for the Group WODs on Friday, you will be doing a version of 20.3. Coaches made some notes regarding each athlete regarding what WE think each person should do with respect to Rx, scaled, etc.
