Friday 191011 Open WOD 20.1

The OPEN is in full swing with last night’s first announcement of the 2020 season. It is a basic couplet with barbell and burpees. Relatively light load and lots and lots of reps! It was a lucky break that we didn’t have any burpees scheduled earlier in the week!

Friday 7am, 9am and 3pm sessions- followed by 5pm start to Friday Night Lights. Open WOD is run in each of the class workouts.
