Five consecutive weeks of tough workouts all done on Friday’s- during the day in regular group class sessions- AND during the special Friday Night Lights session! We kick off the series/season with a Thursday Night Open Announcement on October 10th where you come to the Hut at 4:30pm (there is a 30 minute PRE-announcement show) and watch the LIVE Open announcement and THEN watch the telecast of 2 world-class CrossFitters (this week Scott Panchik against none other than Rich Froning!) Once we learn of the coming week’s WOD, everyone can discuss and strategize a plan of attack for the Friday’s attempt!
The First Thursday night Open announcement is this Thursday beginning at 4:30pm!
The First Friday Night Lights event will be on Friday October 11th beginning at 5pm!

Tuesday WODs at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
On the 6 minute mark for 5 rounds:
80/55kg front squat, 8 reps taken off the ground
400m run
Rest until the next start on the 6 minute mark
Post each of the 5 times and loading
Ex: 4 sets of 2 reps@85kg/3 sets of 2 reps @24kg
