More and more clues about the Saturday Taco Decathlon are being released! This Thursday night WODs One through Three will be released in their entirely and on Friday night WODs Seven, Eight, and Nine are to be announced. That way- you have much of the Saturday events to dream about for a few days.

Our guest list is growing… and are YOU going to be one of those athletes who finishes the entire decathlon? All ten events AND then all those tacos and guacamole (this is the big announcement tonight: we have a full try of guacamole!)

Our Whole Life Challenge team is also expanding and you too can join our team. The challenge does, in fact, begin on the September Event Saturday… but oh well. You can start the challenge off with a bang! And then get back on track on Sunday. Or you can just play by the rules and start off with a fully compliant day. Join us either way.

For time
20 box jumps 24/20″
30 push press 45/30kg
40 deadlifts
800m run
40 deadlifts

For time complete:
25′ single arm overhead walking lunge, left arm (50/35#, M55+ 35/20#, Scaled 20/10#)
25′ single arm overhead walking lunge, right arm
Double DB snatch (ground to overhead) 25 reps
Repeat above 25′ left, 25′ right
Double DB snatch 20 reps
Repeat  25′ left, 25′ right
Double DB snatch 15 reps
Repeat 25′ left, 25′ right
Double DB snatch 10 reps
Repeat 25′ left, 25′ right
Double DB snatch 5 reps
Or as many reps as possible in 14 minutes
Each 25′ lunge is worth 5 “reps” (put another way… 1 rep per 5′ walking lunge)
Entire WOD is 125 reps (75 reps snatch + 50 reps walking lunge)
