Friday 190920 Eight Round Sprints

More insight into the Taco Decathlon that is coming up on Sat September 28th. During the space between WOD 5 and 6 at approximately 9:30am… the 7th test- a “floater WOD”- will be announced. Athletes will have until 11:00am to complete this chipper couplet, meaning it contains 2 movements, one after the other and then DONE. It is an grinder that is going to demand a big engine and a lot of guts. As you might imagine… one of the pieces of equipment on WOD is is the assault bike. Let’s hear some speculation about the other movement!

60/45kg back squat from rack, 8 reps
200/150m row sprint
Rest exactly 30 seconds
Post total clock time and load
Friday’s 4pm Open Training Hour
Saturday 9:30am BIG WOD
