Gradually, in posts over the next 2 weeks you will be getting daily information about the DECATHLON AND TACO event coming up on Sat. September 28th. Remember- you can come for some, all, any and every event and/or tacos as well. By NEXT week we will start asking you to sign up for events so we have an idea of how many of you to expect at each activity. Some will take less than 2 minutes, others will take closer to 45 minutes but have long rest periods in between movements. Some events will even overlap with other events so you could be doing 2 things at once. But not at the exact same time- just during the same time period *(purposefully meant to confuse you!) Those CrossFit Malibu athletes who complete all 10 events will be receiving a special prize.
So the FIRST EVENT is:
A relay race with 3 people on each team. Each person will be responsible for completing a certain amount of work, then the next person goes, and then the next. You can form your own team of 3 people, or we can set you up with a team. Simple as that! Please arrive at the Hut for Event ONE at 6:30am… the 3, 2,1 GO is at 7am sharp. Get warmed up, ready for the announcement, and then ready for the race.
