Have you ever noticed how the PR board fills up? It never goes from empty to full… it seems to fill out gradually. A few names at a time. One person sets a record during open gym testing out a movement, a newcomer repeats baseline and bests their initial score, a handful of athletes in a group class push each other to the finish in Fran, Helen, or another benchmark WOD. The Group’s PRs tend to trickle in the same way YOUR PRs tend to happen: gradually, over a stretch of time, here and there. This is some anecdotal evidence of the program working. Pretty much like clockwork, the month is over and the PR board is full. Lots of different names, a wide array of different tests and activities. The long trajectory towards a distant horizon! Let’s see if anyone hits a PR today on “DT”
