New Specialty Series at 5pm on Wednesdays and Mondays. Beginning today at t5pm we will begin focusing on CrossFit Open-style WODs to get into the spirit and the groove of these types of tests. From WOD to WOD we will alter templates, movements, and time domains, yet stick to some of the more narrowly prescribed activities that lead up to the Open. The 2020 season kicks off already on October 10th and goes for 5 weeks… so we will do about that many weeks of prep-work leading up to WOD 20.1! And, of course, don’t forget today’s heavy day in the group classes.
