Friday 190830 Three Rounder

The official announcement about CrossFit Games OPEN is here. Beginning on October 10th, and lasting for 5 weeks, we have the beginning of the 2020 contest to find the fittest individual on the planet. Within that enormous task there is something for YOU… and that is the opportunity to compete in the world’s largest participatory sport. And even though you will likely come in about 245,743th place… you will still KNOW that is where you rank world-wide! More importantly, I think, is that you had the guts and the tenacity to push yourself to compete. Not necessarily to win- but to show your improvement in fitness over time. We will also make it more fun and accessible than you might think. Nothing for you to do YET- butt get ready on a daily basis by simply eating good food (meat, vegetables, you know the drill) and by getting in here to train as often as you can. More info as it emerges!

Friday’s WOD at 7 and 9am and again at 3 and 5pm
Three rounds for time of:
25 DB push jerks (40/25#)
25 double unders
25 weighted box step ups same load as jerks (20/16″)
25 double unders
Post time and load
Friday’s 4pm Open Training Hour
Saturday 9:30am BIG WOD
