Our 10 Year Anniversary Celebration is coming up in a month! Join us for a CrossFit Malibu-style Decathlon on Saturday September 28th… all morning we will work through tests and trials- activities that challenge your ability to handle the unknown and unknowable. This will be followed by food and fun. Nothing to do now except to put it on your calendar AND block off all morning. First event begins promptly at 7:05 am and the culminating activity is the traditional eating of all the food and drinking of all the drinks, which commences at roughly noon. We look forward to hosting you all!

The followng day- we run our inaugural WOD, “Quarters” in all WOD classes!
Thursday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
2 muscle ups
4 handstand push ups
8 KB swings (32/24kg USA)
Post scaling and total number of rounds and extra reps completed
Thursday’s 5pm Open Training Hour
