Today we try out a workout that is in the template of Fight Gone Bad- which, in CrossFit’s early days, was an annual fundraiser for the Wounded Warrior Project. In recent years, one of the pet projects of CrossFit Inc is to support school aged kids programs and the current annual fundraiser is for a project call Saved by the Barbell hosted by the CrossFit Foundation. Today… we will run the wod in our regular group classes. Below, CrossFit shows up in one of Pepperdine’s sports medicine classes 4+ years ago.
CrossFit Total shows up in the 5pm specialty class. Come test your 1RM back squat, shoulder press and deadlift. Be ready- because this IS a test.

Wednesday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Saved By The Barbell (in Fight Gone Bad Style…)
3 rounds for max reps of:
1 minute burpees
1 minute wall ball shots (20/14#)
1 minute deadlifts (55/35kg)
1 minute medicine ball sit ups (20/14#)
1 minute hang power cleans (55/35kg)
Rest exactly one minute
Post total number of reps completed across 17 minutes of work
