Here comes your heavy day for the week. Now for few of you who have attended many of our Mon/Wed 5pm specialty sessions over the past 2 months relating to CrossFit Total Strength- you should NOT squat heavy today. Instead, you should use today to prepare yourself, “grease the groove” so to speak for your CrossFit Total workout on this coming Wednesday at 5pm. Now for the REST of you… get in here and squat some heavy reps. Warm up, start pretty heavy and then squat a bit heavier each round. Put enough on the bar that subsequent sets make you a bit nervous. See how heavy you can go. It’ll make you stronger.
