Tough WOD yesterday, huh? But keep in mind you didn’t do a single squat yesterday. Sure you did a few wall ball shots on Monday- but that built your stamina and muscular endurance. Today is meant for raw strength. It’s what you need to round out your fitness- the ability to move a heavy load through a full range of motion. You’ll get stronger and become more generally useful. Then your friends will know who to call when they need help moving. I’m planning on calling Marcia.
