You won’t be able to replicate this workout on your own. Not at your home or hotel gym, not during open training hours. And this is simply due to the nature of training with others. You will not be able to maintain the work output that is intended for this WOD unless someone is right there next to you providing some level of motivation. I DO think that you could shoot for a PR on the 2k row on your own… and that personal drive to set a record could get you there without the company of others. But then to get back on that machine and go AGAIN for any intensity requires quite a bit of group coercion. Not necessarily for the cheerleading rah-rah of it- but just knowing that others are going to put everything they’ve got into the effort and are as scared as you knowing how much it is going to hurt. And that is one key reason why you show up over and over for these training sessions. SO get in here today and row. Stick around for the finale!
