Tuesday 190813 “Cindy”

Isn’t it a relief that CrossFit Malibu is a place where you can come and have all of your failures on display for everyone to see? Where you can try and try and STILL not get it. That you have a space to get assistance and instruction and opportunities to practice alongside others. Then ALMOST get it while someone else does it first, letting you know it is possible and even LIKELY that you’ll be able to do it too. And you got to cheer others onto victory knowing it wasn’t quite your time yet and THEN that same person and a few others get the chance to witness your turn at achieving something that had previously been out of range. Not just because you worked hard for it… but because you have a place where you get to put your failures out there on display. Dare to shoot for a PR on today’s “Cindy”… there’s guaranteed success in the effort. 
Nothing makes you feel more vulnerable than practicing those overhead squats- Eric dives in.
Tuesday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats
Post total number of rounds and remaining reps… post PR and first time scores to whiteboard.
