Thursday 190808 MU and SDL

We have heard that some are/were a bit nervous to come train at the Hut. But you have kept coming back over the years because you know that what happens in here provides a protective effect over what can happen out there. Sure you might have to overcome a bit of fear or anxiety to start the process… but results speak for themselves and that’s more than enough to keep it going. And for sure, the benefits outweigh risks. But that first step is all on you.
