Use the same load that you used on Wednesday’s Row/S2O WOD… once again- irrespective of your 1RM clean, just rely on the programming to dictate your loading for the day. Look back to Wednesday- and warm up over a few sets to get to that same exact loading. Use it for today’s WOD. If you didn’t do Wednesday- then do a bit of brain work to try to determine a load that would work for you for both Wed and Fri. Then go for 10 minutes. Don’t forget the toes to bar!

Friday’s WOD at 7 and 9am and again at 3 and 5pm
As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
80/55kg power clean, 5 reps
10 toes to bar
