Yesterday was a push pull and today is a pull push. Also consider that both days have considerable DRIVE components from the legs. Do you see that?
The thruster is leg drive and an upper body push, under a moderate load- vertical plane. The C2 Row is an unloaded horizontal leg drive with an upper body pull. Yesterday we pulled up thrusters with pull-ups and today we follow the row with overhead presses.
Just a bit of stating the obvious- but with the idea that you have a bit of insight in viewing some daily programming from a movement standpoint rather than focusing on muscles used (back and bi’s, chest and tri’s, etc.)
